Tough and durable product

The Yokohama pneumatic fender was developed in 1958 and are constructed by an inner rubber layer filled with compressed air, reinforcing cord layers and outer rubber layer. Completed with chain and tire fender nets. The handling and installation of the fender is easy, as is supported by its own weight in water. As such, you can easily tow the fender behind a small vessel and moor it to wherever needed.

Yokohama-style pneumatic fender is fully compliant with both ISO 17357:2014 standards, making it the toughest most durable product on the market. The fender shows no deterioration or variation in performance due to fatigue or extremely low temperatures, thereby removing the need for owners to make regular replacements.

Extensive range of Yokohama fenders

We can offer an extensive range of Yokohama-style pneumatic fenders, sizing from fenders sizable for small fishing vessels to our MEGA fender suitable for the biggest tankers in the world. Additionally, we can offer vertically floating pneumatic fenders, suitable for vessel whose berthing point is below the water line such as catamaran ships, semi-submersible platforms and other submersibles.

Our branch office at Karmsund Servicebase have fenders in stock for short or long term. The fenders measures 2500x4000mm, and is suitable for a variety of projects. Other dimensions of pneumatic fenders and other marine fenders available upon request.

Yes, we offer options for both rental and/or purchase/sale.
Do you offer service for fenders, and in which areas?

We provide service and maintenance for the products we supply. We assess whether it's most beneficial to send the equipment to us or to come to your location/base for the service. We also have warehouses in both Norway and Denmark for parts and expertise. Contact us to find the best solution for your operation.
Are the fenders you supply certified?

Our products are manufactured, tested, and documented according to ISO17357 or other relevant standards, and all fenders are delivered with a Declaration of Conformity (DOC).
Do you carry out fender certification?

There are no certification standards for fenders beyond the manufacturing standards, but we inspect all technical aspects of the solution and document this in a written report. Can you deliver? Yes, we have established transport networks and warehouses in both Norway (Stavanger) and Denmark (Esbjerg).
How quickly can I get the products delivered to my project?

If we have the products in stock, which we work hard to maintain, the delivery time is 1-3 days for preparation, plus transport time. The transport method varies depending on the size and delivery location.

For special orders outside of our standard stock, delivery time can be up to 3-5 months.
What can I expect in terms of usage before service is needed?

We recommend service every 2-3 years, depending on the type and usage. This may include both visual inspections and repairs. All of our products are delivered with a service manual and clear guidelines for maintenance. Do you sell/buy used equipment?
